Each person who will occupy the apartment must complete an application.
You must be at least 18 years old.
Each application is screened for credit history, rental history, and criminal background.
You will need to upload a picture of your Government-Issued ID (drivers license, passport, state identification, etc.)
Click “Start Application” above. Choose one person to start an application. At the end of their application they will be able to list “Other Applicants” (roommates). They will need to provide names and email addresses for all other roommates. This will then trigger an email to each roommate to complete their application. Roommates should not apply separately.
Log back into the Apply Now portal by clicking on the “Existing Account” option. All of your information is saved. You do not need to start a new application. Fill out the rest of the application, and make payment to submit your application.
